All ROAM applications are accessed through an SSL secured web connection. This connection ensures that you are reliably connected to the intended server and that nobody can intercept any of your confidential information. ROAM has multi-language capability that currently it is available in three main languages, English, German and Arabic. Portuguese and Chinese are currently under development. ROAM provides multiple levels of administration, that is configurable to fit any solution requirments, with a hierarchal structure and user permissions. ROAM Map library includes a large number of maps, available with many options: Satelltie Images, points of interest, user specific locations, Map Regions and Geo Fences. Using MapViewer, you can navigate through all your asset's, historical and current positions, in addition to showing alarms locations. It is possible also to export all positions to Google Earth. ROAM provides a unique alarms and notifications capabilities, that ensures alarms are being received, acknowledged and/or reset, and logs all alarms activities. ROAM allows alarm notifications by SMS, Email or Web. ROAM includes chart capabilities, showing graphically any data in ROAM for analysis and overview, the charts in ROAM, are embedded in the Web Interface, and in Reports. ROAM currently supports Bar, Linear, Gantt and Pie charts. ROAM introduces a flexibale reporting engine, that can generate pre-set reports, and integrate customized reports efficiently. ROAM Reports can be presented in HTML, CSV or Microsoft Excel. ROAM reports can include illustrative charts, to represent the data graphically. It Allows Reports to be generated and sent by email automatically according to time schedule entered by the user. ROAM provides the capability of dynamically create, modify and activate geofences, it supports a multitude of different shapes and several options for fence security (Exclusive, Inclusive, Waypoint). In addition to GeoFence processing at both server-side and terminal-side.

ROAM is designed to integrate any Monitoring/Controling device, supporting two way communications, providing logical structure of the device paramters and communication means. Currently over 16 devices from 10 different manufacturers are integrated and being used through ROAM.

ROAM includes a Trip Management module, that can be used optionally to generate trips data, reports and analysis.
